Alan Adcock

I am currently a professional firefighter (Capt) with the Burlington Fire Dept. in Ontario, Canada. I was a former competitive triathlete for 10 years and currently ride and compete in road racing here in Ontario.

Fitness has always been part of my life and very important as well in my current profession.

I have been very fortunate to have traveled fairly extensively over the past decades, which has definitely created a broad minded aspect of people, cultures and the current affairs of the world.
