Tammy is a Certified Group Exercise Instructor from Kansas. She specializes in Yoga, Kickboxing, Turbokick, Tabata/HIIT, Cycle, Bootcamp, Insanity, Stretching, Muscle Pump, and Strength/Cardio Interval Training.
Tammy danced at university and has taught group exercise for more than 10 years. She’s known for her energy and will ensure you have a fun and rewarding workout.
