MARYBETH BRADY

I am a 200 hr registered Yoga Alliance instructor, also certified in Yin, Restorative , and Silver Sneakers yoga.  I completed my training at YogaLife Institute in King of Prussia, PA.  I started practicing about 10 years ago to help relieve stress in my overly busy life complicated with some health issues.  When my health issues were resolved and my stress levels were lowered considerably, as an outcome from consistent practice, I knew that this was an amazing journey and felt compelled to share it with others!

I am a retired professional photographer, which I now do as a hobby.  I focus my time on teaching yoga, travelling, reading, golfing and spending my time with my grandchildren.
