I have a masters degree in exercise physiology and have utilized those skills to personal train all populations ranging from cardiac and cancer rehab to professional athletes. I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 15 years and have taught various classes: Spinning, kickboxing, step, aqua and jumprope.
