Samantha Shinn has been a certified group fitness instructor and personal trainer for over 5 years. She specializes in high-intensity interval training and conditioning. Samantha loves to teach a variety of classes but her favorites include Cardio Sports Interval, Boot Camp, TRX, and Kickboxing. Outside of the fitness world Samantha is a mother of 2, works as a college admissions representative and sells homes as a realtor full time.
