Hey there! I am Santina, a Certified Group Fitness Instructor and military spouse. Teaching is not a job for me, it's a fun way to get to work out and interact with a great group of people, I love my students and the positive energy they bring to class. I currently teach PiYo- a workout combining Pilates strength training and yoga flexibility together for a total body toning experience! I also teach bootcamp classes. On my off days, I love attending Hot Hula Fitness and Yoga, or being active outside!
