Sarah has been a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor for 8 years, with a background in Spin and AquaFit. She created her own company, Urban Fitness Canada, that specializes in Personal Training, Group Fitness, Small Group Training and more. In addition to Urban Fitness, Sarah created a program called Girl Power, fitness, nutrition and wellness programs for teen girls. This program runs successfully in schools all over the Greater Toronto Area in Canada.
Sarah teaches 3+ classes per week, a mix of HIIT, Circuit, Stretching and Weight Training. In addition she has over 50 clients that train in her gym.
