Emily Fehr

I currently teach pilates at a studio in waytaza MN, I've been teaching fro the lasr year or so and graduated from Polestar Pilates Studio Program in the fall of 2019. I teach mat classes as well as with the refomer. I garduated from Centerpoint Massage and shiastu therpay school in 2013. For the last six year i've been a massage therpaist in many different settings. Varying from working with the university of Minnesota athletes to some pro athletes. I have a passion for movement and helping people heal. Ive found Pilates to be an great way of molding both of these together. Teaching people to heal through movement. 

When I'm not working i enjoy being outside, hanging on my boyfriends Farm and cooking.
