Jamie-Rose Hutner

I've been an active individual my entire life, growing up playing any sport I could. Once I hit high school I found Field Hockey which led me to play on the Varsity Field Hockey team in university. It was there that the start of my relationship with training began. Since then I've gone on to further my education in the Health & Wellness field and found that I could still keep with my passion of athletics by working with the athletes themselves. My passion to help others achieve their goals and reach milestones they never thought they could is what keeps me going. "If you love what you do, you'll never have to work a day in your life."
