As a passionate advocate of fitness, I have spent my entire life engaging in competitive athletic pursuits. I have learned the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and have taken that knowledge towards helping others achieve their fitness goals. Through coaching, mentoring, and training, I helped people of all types reach their athletic and fitness potential. Born and raised in Canada, I enjoy weight training, spinning, yoga, scuba, mountain biking, volleyball, hiking, skiing, crossfit and travelling. I love helping people make positive change in their lives.
