Lynne Torunian

Lynne's enthusiasm for fitness is contagious. She will help you understand that being healthy is a lifestyle change which encompasses both mind and body. When designing a program, she encourages her clients to set specific goals and then creates a positive and energetic atmosphere so that those goals can be achieved. She believes that you can do anything you set your mind to and is dedicated to improving her clients' quality of life. Lynne comes from a competitive and athletic background, having played collegiate tennis at Fresno State. For the past nine years, she has competed in Triathlons (swim/bike/run) and has posted top results in her age group. In her spare time, Lynne enjoys researching the latest fitness trends. Through her experience she realizes the importance of goal setting and mental preparedness in order to be successful. Lynne was born in San Francisco, received her B.A. in Communications from Hayward State University and is certified by the International Fitness Professionals Association (IFPA) in Bosu and CPR. Lynne specializes in core strength and stability, general weight loss, training for multi-sport athletes (triathlon: swim, bike, run), and injury prevention for tennis players.
