Brandi Kilbourne

I am a personal trainer, dancer, and fitness professional specializing in women's strength, functional training and increasing comfort of primal movement patterns, balance, and flexibility. Additionally, I've taught kickboxing, aqua fitness, boot camps (indoor and outdoor) and strength/weight training classes. I've been teaching group dance and fitness for over 10 years and have been a personal trainer for the past 4 years. I currently work at Healthtrax Wellness Center in Bristol, Connecticut.
