Julie Mathieson

I am a a female, 36 year old Group Fitness Instructor Specialist from Manitoba, Canada.

I am 5'4", Caucasian, brown hair, brown eyes. I am a wife, mother, teacher, fitness instructor specialist, athlete and childrens fitness coach. 

My day job is a high school Science Teacher that I teach Biology, Forensic Science, Exercise Science, Physical Education for Life Skills students and Environmental Science.  In the evening I coach my daughter hockey and fastball. After I put my children to sleep, I go downstairs to my home gym studio to a studio full of other young women and Mom's. I started my home gym studio in September 2019 and had a booming business right from the start! I provided virtual classes during the pandemic, and am ecstatic to say that I am back to full capacity for every class again. Along with instructing adults, I coach snowflake ice hockey to 4 year olds, and provide fastball camps for young female athletes. I myself still play competitive fastball and hockey. (I am qualified and certified to instruct adults & children). Our family loves travelling and are excited to try out instructing during a hot holiday. I am usually the one attending classes at hot holidays, so now its time for me to finally give back to fitness community!
