I have been a certified fitness instructor for 15 years. In this time I have lapsed and renewed 3 times. Although instructing has not always been my main career, I have spent many hours in the field. I have been a aerobic group fitness instructor, a TRX instructor, a running coach, a sports team dry land trainer, a children's coach and fitness instructor, a level one weight trainer, a teen weight trainer, and a no sweat fitness instructor. No sweat is a weight training program that is choreographed to music.

I raised my only child a single mom. He has gone on to become an NCAA triple sport athlete who has been named student athlete of the year among many other accolades due to his fitness level and athletic background and nature. 

I absolutely love running fitness classes. I love really connecting with the participants and seeing them smile and laugh even through the toughest of workouts. 

I thrive when working with children and teens. I have always had an easy connection with youth. Working with youth was the primary focus of my years spent with the YMCA and thought out the years as a part time team dry land trainer.
