Jennifer became a group exercise enthusiast in 2016 when she cautiously stepped into her first ever group exercise class, which just happened to be cycle! After that first class, she was hooked and inspired to pursue a certification in Group Fitness with the American Council on Exercise. During the day, Jennifer is hard at work with her full time job as a Project Manager for a leadership development organization. Outside those hours, you will usually find her in the gym or the cycle room, blasting some motivating tunes and pushing others to do their best. She loves to have fun, laugh at herself and talk about her dogs to whoever’s willing to listen! She currently holds four health certifications (Personal Training, Group Fitness Instructor, CYT-200 Yoga, and Certified Health Coach) and teaches in several studios, gyms and various other locations. Her list of class formats include: Cycle, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Strength, Core, and Yoga.
