Meghan McCullah is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, both through the American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is a 500 RYT, through Yoga Alliance, and has 100 hour specialty certification in both Yoga for Athletes and Warrior Yoga (trauma sensitive). She also holds certifications Les Mills BodyAttack, BodyFlow, BodyPump and RPM; Stages Indoor Cycling and Flight; DK Body Pilates; and Animal Flow Level 1. She currently teaches BodyPump, RPM, Hot Barre, BodyAttack, BodyFlow, Fusion (hot yoga), Chair Yoga, Balance Board, and Warrior Yoga and takes personal training clients, all from a local fitness club in Columbia, MO.
"I love motivating people to feel empowered and successful; to do something they didn't think they could do, or be someone they didn't think they could be." She also finds it uplifting to see the camaraderie that develops within a class.
Meghan discovered that her lifestyle and philosophies resembled those of yoga so she was drawn to the practice. She now teaches several yoga classes, but also encourages her participants to practice off the mat, and beyond asanas (poses); to practice all eight limbs of yoga, including breathing, meditation, yamas, and niyamas.
