I have been practising various styles of Yoga and Pilates for over 15 years. I love sharing Yoga with others and particularly enjoy helping people to create space in their busy lives to find balance and reconnect.
My general Yoga classes (Hatha flow) blend both Hatha (a broad term that includes most physical Yoga styles) and Vinyasa (flow Yoga) to enable students to enjoy a varied Yoga practice.
Classes focus on improving posture, increasing strength and flexibility, developing awareness and control of the breath and enhancing feelings of overall well-being. All Levels and abilites welcome.
I'm also passionate about teaching Matt Pilates classes as I experienced the benefits of Pilates first hand after suffering from back problems after having my childern.
