Encouraging others by example is my passion. As an ex semi pro footballer I picked up my share of injuries and at the end of my career became very frustrated that I could no
longer exercise as before, due to the impact on my knee joints, until I was introduced to Aquatic Exercise. I was always aware of using water in the rehab process but not as a
fully fledged discipline in it's own right. Now my mission is to spread to the word that Aqua Fitness is for everyone. My classes are fun and energetic but the best
part is seeing people who wouldn't or couldn't exercise get physically stronger and grow in confidence. Currently teaching in the Cayman Islands in the Caribbean, my
clients list is varied including athletes to those wishing to get into exercise, get back into exercise, or as part of their rehab recovery from injury or surgery. My classes are
varied energetic never boring, exercise should never be endured. My teaching philosophy is 'be adaptable' adapt to the ability of the client while incorporating e.g ballet-base, martial arts, to circuit drills.
