Since 1988, I have been teaching group fitness classes at various health clubs such as Scandinavian Health Spa, Golds Gym, Spa Lady, Raquetball Plus, Female Fitness, Classic Athletic Club, TransFigure, LA Fitness, KS Fitness, YMCA and other various independently owned gyms. I continually educate and challenge myself in the fitness field by attending various workshops, reading IDEA Fitness Journals, PilatesStyle magazine and any other fitness related journals/videos. Fitness has always been my passion, I share this passion with others by teaching 10-13 classes a week. Classes range from Pilates, Silver Sneakers, PowerPump/Body Works, Boot Camp Step & Fit Drills My professional experience also includes 11 years at AT&T. During those 11 years I held the following titles: B2B Sales Representative, Business Operations Manager, and NE District Sales Manager. I currently reside in Lanoka Harbor, NJ with Sal, my husband, and two children Isabella (4) and Rocco (2).
