Lindsey Boan

I grew up Southern and moved to NYC around 30 in search of a bigger life. I manage a team of 10 at an Ad Agency for my day job, and teach 2-4 yoga classes a week for fun and a work life balance.  I know that sounds like the opposite, but it isn't. Yoga is a passion and it truly provides a break from the crazy! I'm a horse and dog mom, and can't wait to see what's next!
