Tylyn Taylor

Hello! My name is Tylyn, I am a 26-year-old writer, yoga teacher, adventure seeker, and life loving compassionate observer. I stand for freedom of self-expression and holding space for those to share their stories—in whatever form that may be. I love sharing in the practice of yoga with others, and helping to build a foundation of compassion, love, and gratitude for all we have been given in this crazy beautiful life. I live in New York City and love to travel. I find the world to be my playground where I can learn, grow, and compassionately detach from all the distractions and chaos of the city. The mantra I teach and live by is "is it kind, and is it necessary?" I became a yoga teacher because I love being a student and wanted to not only share my knowledge with others, but continue growing my knowledge by connecting with other individuals on the mat.
