Since he entered the fitness industry in, Brian has been adopting a philosophy he believes will help move many fitness participants and athletes from one level to the next. He uses a holistic approach, both in his programming applications and within his lifestyle coaching methods.
“ I believe that people will learn what they are meant to learn at each given moment. Therefore my clients get what they put into each session. My job is to tap into what empowers my clients to get from one stage to the next, both in their workout program and more importantly in life.â€
Brian’s formal schooling began in the Fitness and Lifestyle Program at George Brown College. He has also learned many applicable skills from his experiences in competitive powerlifting, taking other related courses/certifications and networking with other health professionals. Brian’s knowledge ranges from training beginners looking to achieve a better quality of life, to strength training for athletes at a national level of competition. He has trained athletes in a variety of sports and has also trained clients with goals in weight reduction, muscle gain and pre-post natal training.
“ I love to see what happens to people when they reach their goals. The quality of life people get from taking their fitness and health to greater levels can bring them places in life that they have never imagined before. By learning more about intricacies of the human body, mind and spirit, I have realized that the initial goals my clients set are only stepping stones to something that could be potentially one of many positive ‘life changing’ experiences. I love fulfilling my role in that process.â€
