Glenn Delfish

I am a native New Yorker and graduate of the University of Buffalo. Currently I live in Atlanta, GA with my wife and three children. The fitness industry has been my carreer of choice for the last six years. In that time I have aquired three personal training certifications and have been trained to teach yoga. Massage therapy allows me to work with people who have a desire to relax or who need relief from specific pain. Working in the fitness industry is a choice I have made because I desire to work with people who wish to improve themselves. It is my belief that we should all strive to be better individuals tommorow than we are today and I work to assist people who have that goal.
