For fun - yoga, power walking, paddle boarding, outdoor activities, dancing, live music (country and rock), travel, hiking, solving problems, coaching

Have been involved with fitness since high school--cheerleader, cross country, and special mountaineering program - then moved on to dance team and weight training in college - then since mostly staying active with various things. Found yoga six years ago through a knee injury. Been in love with it ever since.
