Mike Brinson is graduate of Cumberland University in Lebanon, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education and Health Education. A varsity baseball player throughout his college career, Mike continues his interest in sports medicine and health education. Mike has held several physical education instruction positions including elementary education, and two teaching positions at alternative high schools for troubled youth. Mike's dedication to physical education and health/wellness was an integral part of each student's learning experience. In 2006, Mike received his personal trainer certification through NSCA - one step closer to achieving his dream of further health education and wellness in adults and children. Since January 2007, Mike has been a certified personal trainer at the Brentwood YMCA (Young Men’s Christian Association) as well as developing his personal training clientele and his own business. With dreams of owning his own fitness facility in the future, Mike constantly seeks new opportunities for education and experience. Currently in high demand and with a full list of clients, Mike prides himself on the ability to tailor a fitness program for each client, as well as develop and educate each individual to achieve his or her goal.
