I am a mother of 4 married kids so I now have 8 kids :) and 12 grand kids. I am blessed with a wonder supportive husband and best friend for over 39 years. I am a fitness director at Apple Athletic Club in Idaho Falls ID. I am ACE certified since 1987, I have taught everything over the years. I am silver sneakers and yoga fit certified also. I presently teaching aqua cardio and yoga. I have been teaching for over 30+ years. I am currently the director over 15 instructors at our club. I worked for a company that trained/certified instructors. I am a great, knowledgeable, motivating, skilled, fun, instructor. I refer to teach classes in the pool. I am a great yoga instructor buy not a "yogi" I am a fitness instructor who teaches yoga.
