Monica Hingst

Monica started practicing yoga in 2014 as a way to sustain her long distance running habit. After yoga classes, she not only found herself feeling physically great, but also mentally and spiritually revived. She earned her RYT200 hour in 2017 at Practice Indie Yoga in Indianapolis.

She comes to yoga with a deep passion for people and desire to help them discover the best version of themselves. Monica believes the most effective way to build others up is by first knowing, loving, and caring for yourself. Through self-study and connection with others, both on and off the mat, we can build strong communities rooted in love and light. Monica's classes are for every "body," whether brand new or a seasoned vet, and provide space for practitioners to have fun and experience a sense of peace, connection, and self-love.
