Having been practicing many styles of yoga for more than 15 years and after qualifying as an International yoga teacher, Titus moved away from a professional career in Information Technology at Nestle Sri Lanka and began a well-being career with the world's oldest (ancient) personal development science, YOGA. Which also promotes optimal physical and mental health

Titus’s teaching incorporates influences from world-renowned Sivananda Yoga. (Classical Hatha Yoga).

He has been awarded the Diploma as an International Yoga Teacher with the title of “Yoga Siromani” which signifies Jewel of the Crown of Yoga. To achieve this he has successfully completed the Intensive Yoga Teacher Training Course in December 2008 at the Sivananda Ashram in India.

He is a regular practitioner of his learned Yoga Sadana. Also, he travels to the Ashram regularly to refresh his energies.

Since 2008, Classes are conducted successfully in Colombo and Piliyandala centers.

Titus also qualified as;

• Shoto-Kan Karate practitioner since 1990

(2^nd degree black belt) Trained under Sensei Bonnie Roberts

• Competent Toastmaster (CTM)
