Joseph Walsh

Joe Walsh grew up in Berwick, Pennsylvania and was a part of Berwick's state-championship winning football team. He was offered a full football scholarship to The University of Pittsburgh, but was unable to continue playing after a knee injury his senior year. After graduating he has continued to grow in expertise in regards to rehabilitation, weight training and nutrition. In 2004 he became a certified personal trainer through NETA (The National Exercise Trainers Association). He currently lives in Lancaster, Pennsylvania with his wife of four years, Melissa.
