Robert Pope

Robert "Felix" Pope began his career in hair seven years ago at Roffler Hairsyling college in Marietta, GA. While there he learned everything from Italian style razor cutting, to French method, to British method cutting and color. The school itself had a staff which consisted of several Framesi color educators, who quickly noticed how eager he was to expand his horizons beyond simply doing the same cuts and color that everyone else was doing. Soon after graduating, he began training at the prestigious Van Michael salon in Atlanta, GA. There he received in-depth training into color placement and how to marry color with hair cutting. He then moved on to Mia and Maxx hair studio, where he quickly rose in the ranks to become the salon manager. After a few years of managing the salon, he chose to leave for a smaller salon in Midtown Atlanta called DeSpa. There he was recruited by BioSilk/CHI in order to begin educating for their company. He quickly became one of the most requested educators in the field. Soon, people at the corporate office in Houston began to hear about him, and he was pulled onto the Creative Artist Team a year ago. He is currently residing in Atlanta, GA where he works at Mint Salon, the sister salon to DeSpa, which he assisted in opening.
