I am am a recent college grad, Human Resources professional, and Barre Instructor! I have been an athlete my whole life, participating in a number of different sports as well as competitive Irish dance for 18 years. Now that my athletic and dance careers have come to an end, I decided to share my love for fitness with others through group fitness instructing.
