Francy Mitchell

Francy Mitchell grew up on the West Coast in a holistic home, running on the beach, and appreciating natural foods.  She has been in the Health & Fitness field since 1996.  She started teaching Kickboxing, then added Cycling, Step, Low Impact Dance, Pilates Mat, Stretch, Yoga, and Meditation.  She obtained her Personal Training Certification shortly after and decided to specialize in Flexibility Training which includes stretch, yoga, Pilates, and meditation to both adults and kids.  She is a Certified Yoga and Meditation Instructor and Trainer.  Her favorite classes to teach include Yoga, Multi-Sensory Stretch, Sculpt, Core-Inspired Movement, and Meditation.  She is also a Certified Behavioral Specialist which helps her understand her students and clients to a greater degree.

In addition to teaching and training, she has written several articles and enjoys blogging.  She enjoys speaking to corporations and associations on wellness as well.  Francy believes that age does not paint the true picture of health and physical health is only one component of true wellness.  Alignment of mind, body, and soul is of the utmost importance.

In her spare time, Francy enjoys hiking, tennis, nature walks, writing, travel, and backgammon.   She is a life long learner who enjoys helping others explore possibilities for a fuller life!
