After a lifelong interest in health and fitness I became a Fitness Professional and eventually opened my own private studio, Hero Headquarters LLC. A family man with a great partner and three kids, I understand the daily challenges of balancing business, family, and personal goals. I hold active certifications as a Personal Trainer, Strength Training Specialist, and Fitness Nutrition Coach and I have 10 years of martial arts and competitive kickboxing experience; I hold teaching certifications in Karate and The Filipino martial art of Arnis and have currently been training toward my 3rd degree Black Belt in Karate.
