I began my Yoga journey in 2008 after joining a local gym and taking group Pilates classes...it was where my love of Yoga began.

 

Having grown up as a competitive gymnast, Yoga allowed me to combine my previous skills strength, flexibility and balance with my passion for healthy living.

 

10 years and 4 kids later, I found my way back to Yoga, but this time with a desire to teach while continuing to grow in my own personal practice.

 

As a single mom, taking time for “self care” is essential in assuring I’m able to be my best version of mom. The mental clarity that comes through practicing Yoga, along with what’s referred to as moving meditation helps to cultivate an overall posture of mindfulness both on and off the mat.

 

I’m learning to embrace each season of life... being intentional and present during all of life’s ups and downs, and I’m learning to be thankful for the space I hold for however long that may be... my hope is that through the modality of yoga, whoever I cross paths with will feel loved, respected, enlightened and encouraged.
