Melissa Howald

I have always had a strong passion for fitness and helping people to be the best they can be. As a high school athlete she was a three time state champion and always very supportive of my team. In college I continued to compete at a high level and helped my team to set several school records at Wake Forest University. After college I knew I wanted to pursue something that would help to inspire people and allow me to remain in peak physical condition. I teach several exercise classes at several different locations while volunteering and remaining involved in my two young children's lives. I am looking forward to inspiring and motivating everyone to become a better version of themselves.
