Hello Fit Bodies team!
I live in Toronto, Canada (born and raised!) and have been a dedicated yogi for over a decade. Yoga is such an important part of my life, and I love being able to share this beautiful practice with anyone open to receiving it. I work full time in Human Resources, and have been teaching yoga since 2016. In addition to teaching at a studio, I regularly volunteer my services in the workplace, offering colleagues an opportunity to disconnect from the day to day and connect to themselves through movement and breath.
I believe in fostering an environment that is safe, creative and fun! Often times, the 1 hour to 90 minutes that I have with individuals is the only time they get to themselves all day. Living and working in such a large and exciting city means most people have been running on full blast for the majority of their day. My goal is to curate an experience that provides enough of a physical challenge to get them out of their head, yet allows them to slip into a zen state by reminding them to breathe and feel deeply throughout their practice.
