Jill Ritchot

I’m a traveller and an adventurer sparked by curiousity and community. I completed my 200 hour yoga teaching training in 2016 with additional training in Yin Yoga in 2017. Yoga has been an anchor for me; a space to build connection and presence with myself and others. I believe yoga is accessible to everyone and I aim to help others find what works for them and their bodies. I encourage a sense of curiousity, release, alignment, and mind-body connection in my classes. One of my fitness goals is to expand my training, knowledge, and offerings into group fitness by receiving a certification through the Manitoba Fitness Council.
