Darla Fafard

Darla has been an exercise enthusiast since the 1980's. Way back when dance aerobics was the popular group exercise choice. Since that time exercise and nutrition has been an essential part of her life. She has grown with the changes in exercise modalities but still finds the dance varieties like Zumba, hi-lo, and step to be her favorites. She currently works with age groups from pre-school to seniors. She believes balance is the key to life so strength training and stretching is a vital part of her work as a trainer when helping her clients become their best. 

Darla has certifications in Group Exercise Instructor, Personal Trainer, Zumba, Zumba Kids, Kickboxing, and ACE Health Coach. She has had many years of certifications and credits in nutrition classes. 

Darla is known for being welcoming and an instructor with the ability to help her students and clients learn great technique and feel successful while still having fun. If you plan to take one of Darla's classes you can expect to be given options to meet your fitness level so you can have a fun experience with a good sweat.
