    I am a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT), E-RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, and RCYT (Registered Children’s Yoga Teacher) with advanced training in trauma-informed care, Yoga Nidra, meditation, and sound healing. I am also a Certified Meditation Leader and Sound Healing Wellness Practitioner.

    My work is rooted in supporting individuals across the lifespan—children, adolescents, and adults—through evidence-informed, holistic practices that promote emotional regulation, nervous system balance, resilience, and self-awareness.

    Mindfulness & Movement in Schools

    I am the founder and facilitator of a Mindful Movement & Yoga Therapy program implemented within school settings, designed to support students’ social-emotional learning, self-regulation, and overall well-being.

    This program:

    • Integrates mindful movement, breathwork, and sensory-based regulation tools

    • Supports emotional regulation, focus, and body awareness

    • Is adaptable for general education, special education, and therapeutic classrooms

    • Aligns with SEL frameworks and trauma-informed school practices

    • Serves elementary through adolescent populations

    • Creates inclusive, calming spaces that foster safety, connection, and self-confidence

    The program is delivered collaboratively with schools and districts and can be customized to meet specific classroom, behavioral, or therapeutic goals.


    Professional Journey

    Yoga became a transformative force in my life in 2016, evolving into a daily practice and a foundational support during periods of profound personal growth. Through yoga, I discovered tools for grounding, healing, and resilience—tools that inspired me to share this work with others.

    I completed my initial 200-hour yoga teacher training, followed by advanced training to become an E-RYT 500 instructor and ultimately a C-IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, with a strong clinical and trauma-informed foundation. My ongoing work integrates somatic awareness, mindfulness, and compassionate presence to support both individual and collective healing.


    Teaching Philosophy

    I bring a calming, nurturing, and attuned presence to every space I enter. My intention is to create environments where individuals—especially children and adolescents—feel safe, seen, and supported in reconnecting with their bodies and inner resources.

    My ultimate goal is to offer others what yoga has given me:

    • A sense of calm

    • Greater emotional resilience

    • Tools for self-regulation and balance
