Hi! I’m Chandel, a Pilates Method Alliance Certified Pilates Instructor and an ACE and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. I teach Classical and Contemporary Pilates to individual clients and to classes (up to 20 clients). I also teach functional fitness and my clients learn how to safely lift heavy. My method of instruction is high energy, detailed, challenging, and creative. I love to meet new clients and challenge them so that they can take their bodies to new levels of fitness! I am a rehabilitation specialist, personal trainer, and lover of nature. My interest in anatomy, kinesiology, and the therapeutic application of movement led me to Pilates which I am Classically certified in through Core Pilates NYC.
