Hello, My name is Angie. I am a wife of 20 years, a mama to 2 boys ages 15 & 12, a friend and a person who is kind and compassionate. I love to do everything in a way that honours my desire to connect with the right people and to make sure things get done. I live life by understanding my core values and knowing my top strengths are harmony and empathy.

I am a surviver of postpartum depression and depression. Fitness, meditation, essential, yoga and emotional freedom technique all helped me get past depression and into living a healthy happy more joyful life.
I currently live in North Vancouver, BC in Canada. Previously my husband and I lived in the London England. I grew up in Mississauga, Ontario Canada. I graduated from Western University in 1999 with a BA in Sociology. I have a RYT500 designation from the Yoga Alliance.
I love to travel. When my husband and I lived in London, we travelled to Europe frequently. Our favourite country so far is Italy. We got married there.
I have always loved the fitness industry, I attended my fitness group fitness when I was 13 years and have loved it ever since!
I look forward to travelling and teaching and meeting meeting new people.
