I have recently been certified as a Yoga Instructor in Ashtanga Yoga after 6 years of practice. I am passionate about yoga because of the mind/body/spirit focus.
I practiced as a registered for 5 years prior to focusing on healthcare management. I continue to consult on healthy eating and lifestyle.
