I approach every yoga class with one rule: have fun! My classes are
molded to the needs of the students while also challenging them to
explore each pose to their own full expression. I specialize in both upbeat
Vinyasa classes and relaxing Yin yoga sessions. Proficient in advanced
poses for the ambitious yogi as well.
