Darci Ransom

Darci has been moving since 1992, and helping move others since 2007. She uses high-energy latin music to keep participants dancing and having fun. Her classes are filled with people who have increased their stamina and have learned to dance along the way. Darci’s goal is that everyone is so caught up in the music they don’t even realizing the hundreds of calories burned and are ready to come back for more.

Darci has been lifting weights since 1992, and began helping others in 2015. She uses simple tools to execute compound moves to increase strength. Her students are pushed to challenge themselves to become stronger than they think. Darci’s objective is to improve people’s tone and musculature while incorporating stability and balance.
