Hi all, my name is Jess! Yoga has been a part of my life for over 8 years. My practice has helped my grow not only physically but mentally as well. Yoga gave my life a new purpose and helped my fine my true self. I became a yoga instructor to help others find this beautiful truth. My practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully. I completed my 200 hour yoga training through Open Doors. I will always be a student of the practice and love learning wisdom from other teachers.
In my classes, I have powerful, playful and heartfelt approach. I love to combine creative sequencing and inspire others to deepen their practice. My classes combine both strength and mobility- followed by a brief meditation or Pranayama. Expect to move, sweat and breathe!
