Lauryn Klancke

I'm Lauryn and I am a RYT-200 and Yoga Sculpt certified instructor with 3 years experience leading vinyasa and yoga sculpt classes at a variety of studios in Minnesota. I have a passion for gymnastics, fitness, and yoga and I love to incorporate aspects of each in the classes I lead while being mindful to offer modifications to meet the needs of all students. I love to travel, connect with new people, and share the mind + body benefits of yoga with others.

I value instructors who build trust in their class and have had the opportunity to learn from some of the most grounded and experienced instructors in the CorePower Yoga community. I strive to be a confident leader that speaks to muscles being worked, leads effectively with cues and adjustments, and keeps their students safe throughout class. I truly respect instructors who are knowledgeable and put daily effort into their own practice, and that is what I strive to do!

I bring variety, challenge, and confidence. I’m a music junkie and I love to use my attention to new music to enhance my classes. I know many students appreciate fresh, relevant music in class and I make an effort to keep my playlists new and engaging. Students taking my classes rarely hear the same exact playlist twice. You can expect a safe, all inclusive, fun, and strengthening class if you practice with me.
