Tiffany Fennell

Tiffany Fennell-Tesfa Guma is a skilled and passionate licensed massage therapist, certified personal trainer, and nutrition counselor with over 13 years of experience. Tiffany founded FullCircle Aesthetics in 2005 as a way to bring healthy, practical, and enjoyable living to the everyday person through an array of wholistic modalities such as therapeutic massage, body care, exercise, stretch, and qigong classes as well as health and lifestyle coaching. She has recently added her expertise as clinical hypnotherapist to the mold. Growing up, Tiffany acquired an interest for being active and healthy at young age. She did not come from a family of health professionals but instead played sports as a young person and remembers being inspired by her spiritual upbringing and musical background. On the other hand, she also saw the effects in her own family and community that an unhealthy lifestyle can have on the human body and spirit and did not want to adopt similar behaviors. At age 15, Tiffany began making the necessary changes to begin an active and vital way of living starting with eating healthier. Tiffany whole heartedly believes in the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. Furthermore, she believes more active, balanced, and healthy living is everyone’s right as a human being. FullCircle Aesthetics is Tiffany’s way of following the calling and purpose put forth in her heart to make that right a reality for all people. As a result she created services designed specifically to be affordable on a consistent basis. Tiffany observed what was missing in the world of health and fitness and created specific classes to fill in those gaps. She is also on a mission to change the common perception of massage therapy by teaching the benefits of massages from relaxation to preventive care.
