I am fascinated by the body-mind connection and passionate about integrating more mindful movement practices into our increasingly frenetic lifestyles. I view yoga as a technique to tune-in to the body, heal what ails, create a new habit, and find our own ground. My gentle teaching style interweaves the therapeutic side of movement with classical hatha postures and shapes inspired by katonah yoga. Classes are designed to promote greater mobility, strength, and joint stability, while allowing enough time in each pose to attune to the breath and align the body. Expect dynamic classes that are accessible and adaptable to all skill levels where everyone is welcome.
