I discovered yoga during college in 2014 and practiced on and off until I began to practice more regularly in early 2018. Once my practice got more serious, I decided to spend a month in Thailand in August 2018 where I completed a 200-hour intensive teacher training focused around hatha and vinyasa styles. Since then, yoga and meditation have become core to my health and well-being. As a teacher, my aim is to combine energetic movement with breathwork and mindfulness exercises. During and after practice, I want my students to feel relaxed,energized, and at peace with themselves and their surroundings.
