I have worked in the fitness industry for at least 13 years. I am currently teaching the following group fitness classes: Step, Kickboxing/Turbo Kick, Pilates/Yoga, Spin, and Body Pump. In addition to the above, I have experience in teaching water aerobics and sports conditioning classes. I have been personal training for nearly five years. I truly enjoy helping people reach their fitness goals through proper nutrition and a safe and effective exercise program.
